How about this one, and this could be the tagline in a comic book...
"Hey Terrorists, why bother trying to buy, smuggle, steal nuclear secrets in order to make your dirty bombs when the US Government will give it to you for FREE!"

Are you better off than you were 4 years ago, really?
Is your house still standing?
Have you lost a child in Iraq?
Do you have a relative suffering from Parkinsons, Alzheimers or another disease that could potentially be cured through stem cell research?
Has your Congressman stolen from you, or fondled little boys?
AND HAS YOUR PRESIDENT'S GOVERNMENT POSTED ON THE INTERNET A COOKBOOK FOR MAKING A NUCLEAR WEAPON RECENTLY?
